Orders can be cancelled or changed. During regular business hours, you can cancel your order with an email to Info@diybldgsupply.com, before 2pm EST. Please include your order number.
Orders which are not yet shipped can be cancelled without a restock fee. SHIPPED orders cannot be immediately cancelled. First they must be received and then returned for credit. Refused deliveries or undeliverable shipments will be charged both outgoing and return freight charges, handling fees, and a restocking fee. Credit to your account occurs after products are received back and inspected by us. BUYER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS AND WORK-IN-PROCESS FOR SPECIAL ORDERS THAT ARE CANCELLED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT.
